Sales Manager
Work with inbound leads, run client conversations and shape proposals together with the delivery team.
- 2+ years of B2B sales, ideally at an IT or digital agency
- Confident with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar)
- Strong written and spoken communication, ability to package ideas into proposals
- English B2+ is a plus for working with international clients
Project Manager
Drive digital projects from kick-off to launch: scope, timeline, budget, communication with clients and the team, risk management.
- 2+ years of managing IT projects (web, mobile, integrations)
- Comfortable with Agile / Scrum / Kanban, hands-on with Jira, Linear or Notion
- Skilled at decomposing work, planning resources and tracking quality
- Technical background or the ability to dive into the stack quickly
UI / UX Designer
Design interfaces and user flows for web and mobile products. Build and maintain design systems, prototypes and visuals.
- Portfolio with shipped product work (web and / or mobile)
- Strong Figma skills and experience with design systems
- Understanding of UX research, usability and accessibility
- Ability to defend decisions and work with feedback constructively
Frontend Engineer
Build web interfaces on Next.js / React and SaaS dashboards with thoughtful architecture, fast loads and clean typing.
- 2+ years of commercial React / Next.js experience
- Strong TypeScript and Tailwind CSS (or comparable)
- Understanding of SSR / SSG / ISR and rendering / performance trade-offs
- Hands-on with REST, GraphQL or tRPC APIs and complex forms
Backend Engineer
Develop the server side of our products: APIs, business logic, integrations, performance and security.
- 2+ years of commercial backend experience (Node.js, Go or Python — your pick)
- Strong relational databases and SQL, confident PostgreSQL
- Hands-on with REST / GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations
- Solid grasp of security, authentication and authorization
Mobile Engineer
Build native and cross-platform mobile apps: iOS (Swift / SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin / Compose), React Native, Flutter.
- 2+ years of commercial mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, RN or Flutter)
- Apps shipped to App Store and / or Google Play
- Understanding of architectural patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, Redux-style
- Experience with push, analytics, in-app purchases
AI / ML Engineer
Integrate LLM assistants, build RAG systems and automate processes with models. Care about quality and evals.
- Hands-on integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or open-source)
- Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG and context handling
- Strong Python (or TypeScript) and experience with vector databases
- Familiarity with quality metrics and eval pipelines
Database Engineer
Design schemas, run zero-downtime migrations, optimize queries and keep production systems resilient.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB
- Experience tuning performance and working with large tables
- Experience with safe migrations and replication
- Comfort with queues and Redis fundamentals
Email Automation Specialist
Set up SMTP / IMAP integrations, transactional email and marketing automations with a focus on deliverability.
- Hands-on with Resend, SendGrid, Mailchimp, UniSender or similar
- Understanding of SPF / DKIM / DMARC, domain warm-up and deliverability
- Responsive HTML email coding across different clients
- Setting up automations, segmentation and A/B tests
DevOps Engineer
Run CI / CD, containerization, cloud deployments (AWS, Vercel), monitoring and infrastructure security.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or serverless platforms
- Strong CI / CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar)
- Knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- Experience with monitoring, alerting and incident response
QA Engineer
Test functionality, UI and integrations. Build automation suites and keep release quality high at every stage.
- 2+ years of manual and automated testing
- Hands-on with Playwright, Cypress, Detox or Appium
- Understanding of CI processes and test integration
- Attention to detail, clear bug reports and prioritization
